Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC), San Diego, CA Code 410B Procurement intends to award a Sole Source requirement to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) ENERTECH (a Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corporation subdivision), for the procurement of two (2) stern gate hydraulic cylinders under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements in support of the USS COMSTOCK’s (LSD-45). The resulting award will be a Single Award, Firm Fixed Price contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336611" Business size: 1250 (millions of dollars). This special notice of intent is neither a request nor a solicitation of offers; however, all information received within 15 days after date of publication of this special notice will be reviewed by the Government for future considerations. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Responses must provide clean and concise documentation indicating a vendor's bona fide capability to provide this product or equivalency.
