The US Navy Paint Pilot Program is contracting for technical services with the ability to deliver preservation products. An integral part this contract will be providing preservation products and technical services within the specific time constraints defined by the designated ships availability schedule. The Contractor shall provide products and services, for US Navy ships. The Contractor shall only provide U.S. manufactured products that comply with U.S. federal, state, and local volatile organic compound (VOC) limits and all other U.S. laws and regulations. Additionally, the Contractor shall ensure that all products comply with the federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the port of delivery. Preservation products shall be specialized for marine applications unless otherwise permitted by the contract. Services under the scope of this contract include technical support services (e.g., field service technical representative,) and technical evaluation and troubleshooting services.
