This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Firm Fixed Price, Long Lead Time Material requirement to procure Non FIre Zone, Individually Dogged, Doos in support of the USS BOXER (LHD-4), Solicitation # N5523619Q0162, issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332321, and is 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARs Notice. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. http://www.sam.gov/. Vendor shall provide Doors in accordance with the Product Description herein. CLINs 0001 through 0004, of the SF-18 shall be completed by the quoter (e.g. unit price, extended price, total). Your quote must consist of the following: a. Standard Form 18 - Request for Quotations (RFQ) blocks 12 through 16 must be completed by the quoter. b. Please ensure your quote conforms to this Solicitation and all Amendments (if applicable) must be signed/acknowledged with your quote submission.
