This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) N5523619Q0092 is issued as a total small business set-aside. The subject solicitation is being processed using FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332321. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 (Effective 19 January 2017). Offerors shall remit a completed copy of the REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS IAW FAR 52.212-3, following the instructions as provided in the clause. C. By offer submission in response to this synopsis the offeror agrees to comply with all terms and conditions IAW FAR 52.212-4 - Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items. PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS: Packaging and preservation shall be performed in accordance with the best commercial practices to afford maximum protection against damage. DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS: Item shall be priced at F.O.B. Destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination by the Government. Lack of registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Southwest Regional Maintenance Center is seeking vendors to procure/manufacturer direct replacement parts for ONE (1) 84X83 CARGO DOOR, 12 DOG, LH, includes 26X66 personnel door, LH, 10 DOG, W/Fixed light (part #ISI023), One (1) 84X83 CARGO DOOR, 12 DOG, RH, includes 26X66 personnel door, RH, 10 Dog, W/Fixed light (part #ISI024), to be replaced on the USS STETHEM (DDG-63). The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials required to accomplish the work described. This notice is not for the installation of the cargo doors rather just the manufacturing and delivery of the aforementioned cargo doors. SWRMC is contemplating the award of a single firm fixed price contract/purchase order for the requirement specified above. The applicable NAICS code is 332312; Interested vendors shall submit a capabilities statement (not to exceed five pages) that demonstrates their capability to perform the services described herein.
