This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for Full and Open Competition. The solicitation number is N5523619Q0063 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) requirees the following: Procurement and delivery of all material identified in the Product Description of the attached Request for Quote (SF18) for the Main Propulsion Diesel Engine (MPDE) Exhaust Bellow and Piping Fasteners in support of the USS ANCHORAGE (LPD-23). Please reference the attached written RFQ for all applicable provisions and clauses. Interested vendors with the capability to provide and manufacture the required items per the specs requirement; shall send a request for the specifications via email to the Contract Specialists listed in this solicitation. Your quote must consist of the following: a. Standard Form 18 (SF18) : Request for Quotations (RFQ) blocks 12 through 16 must be completed by the quoter. b. RFQ Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs: Your proposed prices must be inserted in the appropriate blank spaces (e.g. unit price, extended price, total). Quoter must provide a firm-fixed price for Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001. c. RFQ Section K, 52.204-8: Representations, Certifications and Other Statement of Offerors and HQ K-2-0001 Access to Vessels by Non-US Citizens, completed by the quoter. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97, effective 20 December 2018.
