The Government is conducting market research via a sources sought notice to determine whether small businesses can perform the attached Performance Work Statement and to inform possible small business set-aside consideration. Interested firms must indicate all small business designations and include business size, CAGE code, company contact information, DUNS, and relevant contract experience with agency, contract number, title, place of performance, years, and annual value. Respondents should submit a capability document limited to five one-sided 8.5" x 11" pages in Times New Roman 12-point font, in Microsoft Word or PDF, via email to the contract specialist. This is not a request for proposals; no proposals, phone calls, hardcopy/fax submissions, cover letters, brochures, or personal visits will be accepted, and costs incurred are not reimbursable.
