Work Specification 154-11-004 (RCC 223N). The procurement will be funded using Fiscal Year 2025 Other Procurement, Navy (OPN) funds in the amount of (REDACTED). The work must commence no later than 12 September 2025 and be completed by 12 January 2026 and must be integrated with the existing work package. The Government’s minimum needs have been verified by the certifying technical and requirements personnel.
