This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, with no written or paper solicitation to be issued. It will be posted to SAM.gov and/or PIEE. The Government intends to contract on a sole source basis with Indal Technologies Inc. (Curtiss-Wright Electro Mechanical Corp.) for Helicopter Hanger Door Parts under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability and submit quotes, but this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. The Government retains sole discretion on whether to compete based on responses.
