The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) plans to issue a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract for insulation and lagging removal and installation on U.S. Navy and other military vessels. Performance will primarily occur within a 50-mile radius of Norfolk Naval Station, Norfolk, VA. The contract includes a base year with four one-year option periods. The contractor must provide all management, labor, materials, equipment, and facilities as an independent entity. This procurement follows FAR Part 15 "Contracting by Negotiation" procedures.
