This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It constitutes the only solicitation; no written or paper copies will be available, and it will be posted on SAM.gov and PIEE. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center is requesting responses from qualified sources to provide Honeycomb Material as defined in the attached Statement of Work. All parts must be new, with no refurbished or used parts accepted. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through recent FAC and DFARS changes.
