This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 13, and it serves as the only solicitation—no separate written solicitation will be issued. The notice will be posted on SAM.gov and/or PIEE, and it incorporates relevant FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center is requesting responses from qualified sources capable of providing a Refrigerated Storage Container as described in the attached Statement of Work. All parts must be new; refurbished or used parts will not be accepted.
