Provide pier side assists by providing the necessary management, technical services, labor, material, support services and equipment to accomplish a full range of depot level repairs and alterations, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and removal of main and auxiliary, hull, mechanical and electrical (HM&E) equipment and systems onboard U.S. Navy or other military type vessels. The contractor shall also provide in-plant and dry dock capabilities for U.S. Navy or other military type vessels when required by the delivery order. The work will be accomplished onboard U.S. Navy vessels located primarily within a 50-mile radius of Norfolk, Virginia but may be accomplished OCONUS.
