This announcement constitutes a SOURCES SOUGHT for information and planning purposes to identify qualified and experienced sources for an anticipated Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award for Scuttle, QAWT, Ballistic, Flush, 21 Inch Diameter for the USS GRAVELY (DDG-107). The requested delivery date is no later than 9/7/2024. This sources sought notice is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse the contractor for any cost associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. MARMC is seeking information on qualified and experienced sources for planning purposes in an effort to derive a contract vehicle that will provide support services as defined in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). The place of delivery is DLA Distribution Norfolk, RMC PROJ, Bunker Hill Tow away Bldg. X136. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332321, with a size standard of 750 employees. Reponses to this Sources Sought request should reference N50054-23-Q-0088 and shall include the following information in this format: Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, fax number and email address. Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and DUNS number. Business Size Capabilities statement demonstrating ability to provide the minimum requirements of the support services described in the draft SOW. This documentation must address, at a minimum, the following: (1) prior/current corporate experience performing efforts of similar size and scope within the last three (3) years, including contract number, organization supported, indication of whether a prime or subcontractor, contract value, Government point of contact with current telephone number, a brief description of how the contract referenced relates to the technical services described in the draft SOW; and (2) company profile to include number of employees, annual revenue history, office location(s). Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. Standard company brochures will not be reviewed. Submissions are not to exceed ten (10) typewritten pages with a 12-point font minimum.
