The USS MESA VERDA Starboard White Task Light will be need the OEM to inspect, repair, and replace (2 EA) LEDs (P/N 119537), (2 EA) Power Supplies (P/N 119439), PLC Components, and associated hardware for the Aft AEMS Starboard White Task Light. Replacement parts will be provided as CFM (Contractor Furnished Material) from the OEM. After repairs are complete, OEM will perform an operational test to ensure proper illumination in accordance with the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGS) and associated Remote Source Lighting (RSL) LPD Technical Manual. The OEM for the Task Light is RSL Fiber Systems LLC. The Task Lights were originally installed under the Navy Prime Contract N00024-06-C-2303 to BIW. The OEM was subcontracted to RSL Advanced Lighting Technologies under the agreement Q2-07151-01.
