Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) intends to issue a solicitation N5005422R0003 for the execution of the USS BAINBRIDGE (DDG-96) Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA). The availability will include pier-side maintenance, repair and alterations. Offerors must possess a valid Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and have access to a NAVSEA Certified Dry-Dock capable of docking (USS BAINBRIDGE DDG-96) in accordance with MIL-STD-1625D9SH) in order to receive an award. The place of performance is restricted to the Norfolk, VA homeport area. This procurement is a Firm Fixed Price arrangement and the contract award will be made to the offeror representing the Best Value to the Government utilizing technical, past performance, and price evaluation factors. The North American Industry Classification Industry (NAICS) NAICS code for this acquisition is 336611, Ship Building and Repair, and the applicable size standard is 1,250 employees. MARMC is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest in performing the FY22 DOCKING SELECTED RESTRICTED AVAILABILITY (DSRA) on the USS BAINBRIDGE.
