Combined Synopsis Solicitation Mass Communication Services N50054-21-Q-0001 Description This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Subpart 13.5 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. All information is to be submitted at no cost to the Government. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted to BETA SAM at https://beta.sam.gov. The RFQ number is N5005421Q0001. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect though FAC 2021-01 and the DFARS Change notice 20200831. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this website: https://www.acquisition.gov/. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing mass communication services that are identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Notice to Offerors The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The place of performance for this RFQ is Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC), 9727 Avionics Loop, Norfolk, VA 23511. Solicitation N50054-21-Q-0001 is issued as a Request for Quotation to obtain services from a responsible contractor to provide software assurance (SA), technical, and sustainment support for Email, Automated Telephone Notification System (ATNS) and SMS/Text system. The Mass Communication system will provide Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) with an effective and reliable mass notification system that can be used during a crisis to warn affected personnel. This shall be a separate document form the technical proposal.
