Contractor to provide parts and labor for emergency replacement to the Belimo Actuators and 3-way Chilled Water Valves that provides chilled water to Air Handler Unit #10 and Unit #7 within Building LF-18. Actuators and chilled water valves to be removed and replaced along with any piping modifications as needed. Upon completion of repair work contractor must confirm proper connections with the BAS (Building Automation System). Work to be completed during normal business hours for AHU #10, and outside of business hours for AHU #7.
