The work to be performed under RCC 2N, work spec 311-21-002, is considered new work to this procurement and consists of interference removals for an OEM rep who does not have the technical capabilities to accomplish. The work associated with RCC 2N includes P1 pipe welding for which the OEM does not have the ability to complete. The Camshaft replacement is a Repair Before Operation (RBO) and CAT3 CASREP.
