The work to be performed under RCC 1N, work spec 982-11-001, is considered new work to this procurement and provides man-days of labor and material to provide for diesel specific problems and Government responsible deficiencies that are discovered during LOA, which prevent safe light-off of the plant. These man-hours and materials will be used in conjunction with RCC 2N that is interference removal to complete a camshaft replacement and is RBO. The procurement will be funded using Fiscal Year FY19 EM funds. The certifying technical and requirements personnel have verified the Government's minimum needs.
