NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), FAR subpart 5.1 and 5.2, FAR Subpart 12.6, using Federal Supply Schedule Procedures found at FAR subpart 8.4, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if it's determined only one source is reasonably available to satisfy agency requirements, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) in Norfolk, Virginia, intends to award on a sole source basis a Firm Fixed Price purchase order (PO) to XEROX CORPORATION. The Government requires award to XEROX CORPORATION IAW FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B)- Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. These services are for the Lease and Maintenance of Xerox MFDs and SFDs. FSC/PSC is: T099 NAICS code is 541611 Small Business Size Standard is: $24.5 million Period of Performance (POP): 06/01/2024-05/31/2025 (Base + 4 Option Years) Service Location(s): Multiple Locations inclusive of various buildings that support Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center including contractor facilities and shipboard.
