Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Firm Fixed Price contract for the drydock phased maintenance availability of the USNS Prevail, involving hull gauging and electrical, mechanical, piping, and structural repairs. The place of performance is restricted to the Norfolk, VA homeport area. The procurement is a total small business set-aside, and offerors must possess a valid Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). Award will be based on Best Value using technical, past performance, and price factors, and the contractor must be registered in the SAM database.
