This is a Firm Fixed Price contract for the USNS Prevail Drydock Phased Maintenance Availability, involving hull gauging and electrical, mechanical, piping, and structural repairs. The place of performance is restricted to the Norfolk, VA homeport area. Offerors must possess a valid Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) to be eligible for award. The contract will be awarded based on Best Value, considering technical, past performance, and price factors. Additionally, the contractor must be registered in the SAM database prior to award and maintain that registration through final payment.
