MARMC is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources to support the requirement for CONTINUOUS MAINTEANANCE AVAILABILITIES (CMAV) onboard USS PORTER (DDG-78), FY24 CMAV A4A1; (SSP: TPPC-DDG78-MARMC24-S001). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of the Delivery Order under the MAC Contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and PSC Code is J998. This is not a delivery order request for proposal at this time. This is a request for information and does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Please provide potential resources and supporting information to perform the requirements by answering the following question: 1.Provide a completed Eligibility Criteria Data Sheet (Attachment S-5) to include the following: Provide a brief narrative (no more than 2 pages) affirming the Manpower resources required for theavailabilities’ duration. Past Performance CPARS Reference list. Provide three (3) prior contracts to support meeting therequirements and schedule similar in scope. The Government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide services/supplies consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition, with all MAC holders. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
