(Quantity 1) Track Drive Rework P/N 50777; ... The Allied Systems OEM tech rep will supply the following parts in support of the knuckle boom crane winch refurbishment: 1. (Quantity 1) Motor P/N 50060 2. (Quantity 1) Track Drive Rework P/N 50777; *A; Uses 245416 3. (Quantity 2) Seal Kit P/N 260584 The Allied Systems OEM tech rep will provide technical oversight for the below work being accomplished by MARMC C900 outside machine shop. I. Refurbish the knuckle boom crane winch drive assembly (MFG P/N 50777), hydraulic motor (MFG P/N 50060) and winch manifold (MFG P/N 50741). II. Assemble the three components refurbished in paragraph I with the drum weldment (MFG P/N 47766) to create a completed winch assembly III. Hydraulically bench test the winch assembly in both the clockwise and counterclockwise direction to validate proper function. Upon completion of work, the winch assembly will be retrieved by the USS NEW YORK maintenance team for installation into the knuckle boom crane during the 1C1 CNO availability by GD NASSCO Norfolk.
