The work to be performed pursuant to this procurement consists of developing and maintaining a Master Requirements List (MRL) and an Event Readiness List (ERL). The MRL and ERL in accordance with Work Specification Item 042-11-002. These requirements are in support of certifying systems and equipment currently worked in the 9A1 CMAV. With the type and scope of work being performed dictates that these requirements be invoked. The ship's ability to get underway and meet its operational commitments hinges on the work being certified acceptable by the Chief Engineer.
