This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06, effective 12/30/2020. This is 100% small business set-aside, under NAICS 812320; small business size standard = $6Mil. Department of the Navy/Administrative Assistant, FSSD, has a requirement for the dry cleaning and sanitizing of drapes and accessories/treatments, located within the Office of General Counsel for the Secretary of the Navy, in the Pentagon. On Tuesday, August 24, 2021, a mandatory site visit is scheduled for 10:00AM, at the Pentagon. At this site visit, interested parties shall be responsible for identifying the material of the drapes and treatments/accessories, the measurements and quantities of the drapes and treatments/accessories (e.g, cascades, tie backs, etc.) and any other element incurring a cost in supporting this requirement. All parties interested in attending this site visit shall provide notice to Esmee Hoyle, at esmee.hoyle@navy.mil, no later than noon on Monday, 23 August 2021. Attendees to the site visit shall enter at the Pentagon Visitor Center (Pentagon Metro) with two (2) forms of government-issued I.D. A representative from FSSD will meet participants at the visitor center waiting area and escort all to the site and then back to the Pentagon’s metro center exit. All site visit participants MUST be in the waiting area, no later than 9:45 AM. Processing through the Visitors’ Center can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes, depending on the number of people being processed. ALL WORK (TO INCLUDE RE-INSTALLTION OF DRAPES AND TREATMENTS/ACCESSORIES) MUST BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN (NLT) CLOSE OF BUSINESS (COB) on 17 SEPTEMBER 2021. Based on the information garnered from the site visit, quoters shall provide a quote for this requirement no later than Friday 27 August 2021, at noon. A single purchase order will be issued, for award. SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR ALL PERTINENT INFORMATION, FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN A SUBMITTED QUOTE NOT BEING CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
