This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number N4974621RC00KN8, Request for Quotations (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. (iv) This Request for Quotations is Full and Open Competition. (v) List of Line Items and Description of Requirements: SEE ATTACHMENT 1: PRODUCT DESCRIPTION (vi) FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Vendors are required to submit a total price quote for all item(s) listed in Paragraph v. (vii) FAR provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The procedures at FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, will be used for this requirement. Price, Technical, and Delivery Time will be evaluated. These Criteria are weighted equally. Award will be made to the quote determined to be most advantageous to the Government. NOTE: This is a brand name requirement (See Attached Brand Name Determination).
