This synopsis is for a bridge action on current contract N0018922F3026 - business and technology management services to support the NIF’s Digital Transformation and Data Enablement effort. This requires support services to the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) and all tasks associated with the office’s operations, and execution of all phases of the transformation effort. Support will consist of a broad range of activities such as data analysis, data engineering, oversight, executive management, business, organizational, process, technical management, communications, market research and consulting on digital transformation and data enablement processes, and others as directed by the DTO. This synopsis is for a bridge action to be sole-sourced to the incumbent contractor, Deloitte Inc. As Deloitte is the incumbent, they are the only responsible source that can perform the required tasks for the bridge action within current time frames. A competitive follow-on action is currently in progress.
