The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract and will utilize procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR 19.502-2 Total small business set-asides. This requirement will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-aside. The Government intends to procure the purchase, design, delivery and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for COMNAVSURFLANT’s Bldg X70, Medical Readiness Division/Embedded Mental Health. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 337127. The Federal Supply Code is 7195 and the size standard is 500 (number of employees). The place of delivery will be X-70 Medical Readiness Division Office, 9591 Maryland Avenue, Bldg X70 Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk, VA 23511 and required delivery date is 31July2023. This pre-solicitation notice is NOT a request for competitive quotations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying they are not currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to consider the offer for award.
