THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The Department of Defense (DoD) requires a Contractor to provide technical, administrative and direct services in support of the DoD Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) Program and its various applications. This program is the primary source of education, career and employment counseling for all military spouses. A contractor is required to support the key functional areas of the SECO Program: My Career Advancement Account Scholarship (MyCAA), Spouse Transition (MySTeP), Spouse Education Career Opportunities (SECO) Portal and Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) Career Portal.
