Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) has a requirement to provide one-week long performing arts camps for Child and Youth Programs (CYP) at Navy, Coast Guard (USCG), and Army National Guard (ARNG) locations worldwide to develop youth life skills through participation in the performing arts. Each performing arts camp shall provide an intensive theatrical experience wherein a full-scale musical is produced from audition to performance. The intent is to issue as a sole source to Missoula Children's Theater, as the incumbent, for the requirement. If any other vendor determines it can meet the requirements, a proposal may be submitted for review. The deadline for Questions is 1pm CST on 2 May 2025.
