The purpose of this solicitation is to identify a Contractor capable of supporting the development and oversight of Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC), Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Food & Beverage (F&B) Internal Brands (CNIC Brands) across a world-wide geographically dispersed enterprise. The scope of the requested contract will require that the Contractor possess the knowledge, experience, infrastructure, resources, technology, manpower and financial wherewithal to provide initial evaluation; development expertise; process manuals; management manuals; training guidance; station manuals; marketing materials, prepared foods and condiments; and to conduct initial and ongoing on-site staff and management training as well as to provide the systems in support of the CNIC MWR F&B Brands initiative in concurrence with CNIC Brand standards.
