I clarified with the program and this was the response: The “Subscription license to access Franklin Covey’s All Access Pass® Portal”, is a ongoing leadership platform that is designed around each individual. At the beginning of the program each learner will take a 360 assessment to determine their work performance and improvement areas. The platform allows access to online courses to improve their leadership skills that was determined during the 360 assessment. Additionally the platform allows learners to track how they are improving their skills throughout the process. The platform is a two subscription to allow them to continue to work on their leadership skills throughout the entire program at their own pace. This is for the personnel that will be in the leadership class.
