The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for maintenance, repair, and preservation of Caisson 4-5 Spare. The contractor must deliver the asset to their facility, perform structural repairs, replace seals, conduct inspections, and return the asset to the government. The period of performance is scheduled from March 3, 2027, to September 3, 2027. The government anticipates awarding the contract in December 2026 on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis. Performance of services will take place at the contractor’s facility, with delivery and return coordinated through the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
