IDIQ for Preservation and Non-SUBSAFE Structural Repair Availabilities on United States Naval Submarines Trident Refit Facility (TRF) Bangor, Washington
The Navy is seeking a single awardee for an IDIQ contract to perform submarine maintenance and repair work—including preservation, non-SUBSAFE hull and structural repair, and lead bin repair and fabrication—during CNO Availabilities. Performance will be at the Northwest Regional Maintenance Center (NWRMC), Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF), and Trident Refit Facility (TRF) Bangor in Washington state. The contract will have a five-year ordering period with fixed-price delivery orders, and the contractor must support production start dates within 5 working days after delivery order issuance. The contractor must maintain an embedded project management team, hold certifications such as QP-1 and SSPC C7/C12/C14, and provide all its own equipment and supplies. The government will provide laydown areas, hazmat and grit disposal, potable water, fuel, rigging, and forklift services.
