ESS Tactical Training - PSNS&IMF
The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility in Bremerton, Washington, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to procure Engagement Simulation Systems Tactical Scenario Based Training. The contractor must develop, build, and deliver a complete training facility, including a classroom and tactical house, and provide the training plans. The period of performance is from 15 March 2026 to 25 April 2026. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS 611699 with a $16.5 million size standard. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
