The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard is conducting market research to identify industry capability for maintenance, repair, and preservation of one Harbor Tug (YT-811 Olympus). Work must be performed at the contractor's facility located within the Puget Sound, WA region, defined from Olympia northward to Bellingham. The estimated period of performance is March through May 2027. Scope includes vessel docking, cleaning, blasting and preservation, ultrasonic and visual inspections, valve and tank repairs, lighting and hydraulic system work, and final undocking and delivery back to the government. No budget amount is specified; interested firms are asked to submit a capability response to the government.
