The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the maintenance, repair, and preservation of one Edgecumbe RCD Barge (240 ft long, 60 ft wide, steel hull). The contractor’s facility must accommodate the barge and be located in the Puget Sound, WA region, defined from Olympia to Bellingham. The scope includes docking, washing, zinc anode replacement, tank air tests, cleaning, and supporting ABS and USCG inspections, plus undocking and coordinating return delivery. The vessel availability period is scheduled from 1 December 2026 to 23 December 2026. This is a full and open competition; offerors must be registered in SAM.
