This is a sources sought notice to identify industrial capabilities for a 15-ton bridge crane procurement, including design, shop testing, installation, and removal/scrap of the existing crane for PSNS & IMF at the TRF-Bangor location. The government intends a single award and may set aside the requirement for small business or use full and open competition. Responses are voluntary and will inform the acquisition strategy; not responding does not preclude future participation in a solicitation. All actions are anticipated to be complete by Q3 FY2028.
