Maintenance, Repair, and Preservation of Bangor Caisson 1 Prime

This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the maintenance, repair, and preservation of one Bangor Caisson in the Puget Sound, Washington region. The contractor's facility, capable of handling the large caisson, must be located on the West Coast of the U.S. between Olympia and Bellingham, WA. The detailed scope of work includes transporting the asset, extensive cleaning, coating, mechanical repairs, and testing. The desired production start date is 12/16/2025 with completion by 6/17/2026, while the required start date is on or before 3/16/2026 with a final delivery deadline no later than 9/17/2026.
