This is a non-personnel services contract for vendor to provide labor and materials to construct three concrete pads for Storage Rack System at Delta Pier. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Please submit all proposals through the provided N4523A25Q0904 PIEE Solicitation Link. Proposals submitted outside of this will not be accepted. As of 07/29/2025 the Solcitiation will be extended to 08/04/2025. Please submitt all quotes by 1200pm PDT.
