NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE AWARD - This is a non-personnel services contract to provide leasing services for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (N4523A) for the lease of High Pressure Air Compressors (HPACs). The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) Contracting Office (Code 400), has awarded a firm fixed service contract to American Compressor Company (CAGE: 4B316) The contract was awarded under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. The period of performance is from 04/29/2025-06/30/2025.
