The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), Bremerton, Washington intends to award a stand-alone Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Siemens brand motor controllers. The equipment characteristics can be found in the attached order data sheets (ODS). The desired delivery date is 22Apr2024 and the required delivery date is 30Apr2024. This is a total small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 423830, size 100 employees. The Government intends award a Firm-Fixed Price, stand-alone contract on 17Apr2024 to the responsible contractor on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis in accordance with but not limited to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12. All offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive award of Government contracts. Offerors are advised also that SAM representations and certifications can be completed electronically via the System for Award Management website at https://www.sam.gov.

Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Contracting Department intends to procure Siemens brand motor controllers for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF). This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business set-aside utilizing FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Supply Contract will be awarded. Solicitation N4523A24Q4039 will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 10Apr2024 with the quotes due on or about 15Apr2024. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
