The place of performance will be at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS), Bremerton, Washington. Based on the responses to this sources sought, this requirement may be set-aside for small business (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition (unrestricted).
