This is a non-personal services blanket purchasing agreement to provide sign language interpreter services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing employees at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform sign language interpreter services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The work to be performed under this agreement will primarily be performed at the Bremerton site, however services may be requested to support personnel assigned to the Bangor or Everett sites, as well as off-site locations for command coordinated events and functions (i.e. ceremonies, training, etc.) within the vicinity of these sites.
