The following are questions and answers provided: Questions and Answers: Question 1: Is exhibit 3 not relevant to the quotation? It does not seem to be in line with the RFQ. Answer 1: Exhibit 2 is the revised and updated version of exhibit 3. Please follow exhibit 2 in lieu of exhibit 3. Question 2: The amount of specimens to be cut are in excess of specimens to be tested. Do you want these extra pieces returned? Answer 2: The provided sheets of GRP test material shall be cut in accordance with the provided drawings (exhibits). Any tested and spare test specimens shall be returned here (PSNS) along with a hard copy of all test data (see PWS). Question 3: The performance period will exceed 30 or 45 days for the case of the water absorption testing, I will specify that we will have the specimens sent for testing within the 30 day performance period, and return within 2 weeks of completion. Answer 3: The performance period can be adjusted to meet the reality of the contract and testing timeline. The quote closing date is revised to 2/20/23 at 2pm PST.
