Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Contracting Department intends to procure HOSE SUPPORT ARM for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF). This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business set-aside utilizing FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Supply Contract will be awarded. Solicitation N4523A23Q4085 will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 8/22/2023with the quotes due on or about 8/29/2023. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
