The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 15.101-2 lowest price technically acceptable source selection process. The desired period of performance for N4523A23Q1302 is 01 March 2023 to 28 February 2028 for a five year IDIQ contract. The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support these requirements. Vendor shall complete the pricing structure, section of the request for quote in its entirety and return with any other documentation, attachments or data as required by this solicitation.
