See attachments Attachment J-1 Work Item Package Corrected and Updated SEE ATTACHMENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFEROR The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF) detachment Everett, Washington, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract(s) to accomplish Continuous Maintenance Availability (CMAV) 3A1 of the USS SAMPSON through the completion of the work items included in attachment J-1. This acquisition is planned to be set aside 100 percent for small businesses that fall within the 1,250 size standard, under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336611 Ship Building and Repairing and Product Service Code J999 (Non-Nuclear Ship repair West), maintenance, modernization, and repair, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.502-2 Total Small Business Set-Asides. The period of performance for USS SAMPSON is scheduled to be November 7, 2022 to December 2, 2022 Prospective offerors must have previously executed either a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) or must possess and provide the documentation necessary to show qualifications to perform the work required to execute the award. All offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive award of Government contracts. Offerors are advised also that SAM representations and certifications can be completed electronically via the System for Award Management website at https://sam.gov . All inquiries shall be made via email directed to Angela Charpia, Contract Specialist, at angela.charpia@navy.mil , and Cheri Richards, Contracting Officer, at cheri.richards@navy.mil . Requests for clarifications and Questions shall be submitted no later than 31 August 2022 at 9:00 am Pacific Time (PST). The Government reserves the right to not answer any requests received after 31 August 2022 at 9:00 am Pacific Time (PST). Please submit your proposal, along with the rest of the solicitation requirements in the current solicitation, no later than 23 September 2022 by 12:00 PM Pacific Time. Include all POCs in all electronic communications. Electronic Delivery of Proposals: Delivery submissions shall only be accepted electronically. Offerors must submit electronic copy of their proposal in accordance with above instructions. The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) Everett, Washington intends to award a stand alone firm-fixed price contract to accomplish Continuious Maintenance Availability (CMAV) 3A1 on the SAMPSON (DDG 102). This acquisition is planned to be set aside 100% for small businesses that fall within the 1,250 size standard, under North American Industy Classification System (NAICS) code 336611 (Non-Nuclear Ship repair West), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.502-2. The expected period of performance is November 7th 2022 - December 2nd 2022. The government intends to solicit for offers from prospective contractors that previously executed a master agreement; or have not previously executed a master agreement, but possess the necessary qualifications to perform the work and agree to execute a master agreement before award of contract. The Government will send solicitations to all Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders, with Approved agreements, for repair or alternation of the USS SAMPSON within the Pacific North West Region. The Government will not exclude any company that has requested a solicitation. All work for this solicitation will be executed on the PSNS/IMF Everett Detachment Shipyard. All offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive award of Government contracts. Offerors are advised also that SAM representations and certifications can be completed electronically via the System for Award Management website at https://www.sam.gov.
