This is a non-personnel services contract to provide portable, air powered, outer-diameter (OD)-mounted single-point flange facing milling machines with the optional extended mounting feet. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. A full description of all requirements associated with this contract action are provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) incorporated in this Request for Quote (RFQ). Description of Services/Introduction: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to a provide a portable, air powered, outer-diameter (OD)-mounted single-point flange facing milling machine for use on work pieces with an OD of 49.2 – 60.5 in. (1250 – 1537 mm) and 39.2 – 60.5 in. (996 – 1537 mm) with the optional extended mounting feet; and a portable, air powered, outer-diameter (OD)-mounted single-point flange facing machine for use on work pieces with an OD of 39.1–50.5" (993–1.283 mm) and 29.1–40.0" (739–1016mm) with the optional extended mounting feet .
